Saturday Broussard Brunch

Please join us on the 2nd floor of the hotel in the elegant Fleur de Lis room for a relaxed Broussard brunch buffet from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm. It’s all about good food and family vibes. We’ll be serving up New Orleans-style Tabasco Honey Glazed Chicken and Waffles with Tabasco jam, pecan butter, alongside an heirloom tomato salad with balsamic, basil, and red onion, and a selection of seasonal sliced and whole fruit.
